The Southern Salad has been spreading its love for farm to table gourmet greens since August of 2018, and we’ve been on board since day one. Helmed by Havird Usry of the Augusta-based Fat Man’s Café family, its story is one of love of community, smart & sustainable business practices, and a diverse selection of healthy foods.

Through a robust social media program, we’ve created a community of more than 10,000 followers on IG and Facebook, and enjoy a range of cross-brand promotions, giveaways, specials and thriving local partnerships.
